Performance Edge Online Coaching Program
-12 week gym & at home workout program that is a 6 day workout split
(Arms & Core, Legs, Full Body, and Repeat).
-12 weekly 60 minute 1:1 online training sessions with Coach.
-3 monthly 30 minute checking meetings with Coach.
-24/7 access to Coach for accountability during these 3 months.
-24/7 monitoring of daily nutrition with Coach during these 3 months.
Program Description:
This program is going to give you the results you’ve always wanted. You will burn fat, boost your metabolism, and feel more confident than you've ever felt before. For 3 months, you will work one on one with Coach Faith as she pushes and encourages you through your follow along 12 week gym & at home workout program that is a 6 day workout split (Arms & Core, Legs, Full Body, and Repeat). This program is going to guarantee you the results you’ve always wanted and get you feeling your most confident. Each month you will have a 30 minute check in meeting with your coach to discuss monthly goals, training, recovery, nutrition, mindset, and sleep. Each week you will meet one on one with your coach for a 60 minute live training session. Outside of the one on one training session, check in meetings; your coach will monitor and guide you with your daily nutritional intake, create a monthly schedule with you of when your workouts are, one on one training sessions, check in meetings, and you will have 24/7 access to your Coach during these 3 months. You have easy access to your program and other resources your Coach gives you. The program is a 3 month commitment which is the adequate amount of time for an individual to build health habits, develop strong mindset skills, and achieve the results you’ve always wanted.
Program Price:
The program is valued at $1,500.00; PIF (paid in full) is $1,300.00, Monthly payment plan is $500.00 on the 1st, 5th, and 9th week of the program. Payment accepted via Zelle to performanceedgefw@gmail.com.

INTRO TO CORE TRAINING
This online educational course is designed to help beginners have a better understanding of the muscles that make up the core, its functions and importance, and some exercises you can do today to start strengthening up your core. This is a great resource for dancers and everyone looking to make functional movements easier!
Beginner Core Training
This online educational course is the second of my core training courses. A beginner-friendly course that dives into the importance of breath work and how it enhances your workouts. Core exercises that instruct you on how to breathe in each movement. My recommendation on how often you should be training core.
12 Week Performance Edge Athlete Workout Program
4 day workout split consisting of a lower body, upper body, full body, cardio & core, and two active recovery day. Dynamic warm up and cool down stretches, demonstration videos for every exercise, and weekly check ins. Gym access required for this program.
4 Week Performance Edge Athlete At Home Workout Program
4 day workout split consisting of a glutes/back, legs/arms, hamstrings/chest, core, and two active recovery day. Dynamic warm up and cool down stretches, demonstration videos for every exercise, and weekly check ins. Dumbbells and Bands are required for this program.
2 Week Program PilatesXStrength​​​
This 2 week hybrid at home program is a blend of both Pilates and Strength Training. This program is going to challenge your muscular endurance and get you loving that burn! Bands, light, and heavy dumbbells needed.
Pro Athlete Program VOL. 1
This 3 week program is designed to challenge your inner athlete. You will improve your stability, strength, and power. This is a gym based workout program using a variety of equipment.​
