PAYMENTS

Currently, I'm only accepting payments through Zelle at PERFORMANCEEDGEFW@GMAIL.COM. Please click the email verification tab at the bottom of the Plans and Pricing page to verify your email and the plan you like to get started with for payment.

HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENTS FOR APPOINTMENTS?

Payments for personal training sessions, client check in meetings, nutrition coaching calls, and dance coaching are to be sent on Saturday before appointments. Payment for written workout programs come at time of agreement (you will receive them within 7-10 days at the most). Payments for all services must be sent electronically through Zelle using the email address (performanceedgefw@gmail.com).

DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?

Yes, if you need to cancel an appointment it must be done by 11:59 pm EST the day before the appointment. WE WILL ALWAYS TRY TO RESCHEDULE, if not, a refund/credit will be awarded. Rescheduling is to be done by the end of the week (Saturday after payment).

Nutrition Coaching Call:

This 60-minute nutrition coaching call is offered in person or via video conference to give clients a proper understanding of how they should fuel their body based on their goals. I help clients calculate their daily intake, understand macronutrients and micronutrients, and optimize recovery. 

 

3 and 6-Month Nutrition Program 

Nutrition clients receive 2 biweekly 60-minute coaching calls in person or via video conference. This personalized nutrition program is focused on creating sustainable behaviors to get you living a healthy lifestyle with flexible eating. 

WHAT TO EXPECT IN MY INITIAL CONSULTATION AND FITNESS ASSESSMENT?

Before we meet for your 60 minute consultation and fitness assesment, I will send you over some standard questionnaire forms, policy agreements, and general liability waive that need to be filled out prior to meeting. Paperwork can either be scanned and sent back or handed to me if meeting in person. In this meeting, we will discuss medical/health history, fitness experience, goal setting, and design a schedule that works for your goals. Following the sit down portion, I will have potential clients go through a few fitness assessments to see what muscles are overactive and underactive. This part of the consultation gives me a good understanding of someone's fitness level and where I need to start their training program. Due to the demand of inquiries, consultations are now being charged $30.00 for the hour.
